Smryxellshchexao aims to meet the spirit of the Accessible Canada Act regulations as they evolve and applies Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our design target for public web experiences, recognizing that periodic audits reveal gaps we work to close.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, nav, footer) across templates.
• Visible focus styles and descriptive link text where feasible.
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion in CSS animations.
• Forms with labels, error messaging, and keyboard operable controls.

Known limitations

Embedded third-party maps may not expose the same keyboard depth as the rest of the site. If a map blocks your task, request directions or a text alternative through our contact form.

Formal complaints
